I’ve known Darcy for over a decade and he arranged a mortgage for me previously, but I’ve only really taken advantage of what he has to offer in the past couple of years. Carley guided me through the process, evaluated my situation and painted an option that was both more affordable and more comprehensive all the while providing reassurance and patience (I was somewhat nervous about the move). And then she went completely out of her way to make it happen. Like, really really out of her way... I was super impressed and very grateful.
